Definition
Green tattoo-ink pigment restricted under both EU REACH 2020/2081 and UK REACH Annex 17 Appendix 13 at 0.1% by weight. Defra rejected the proposed UK derogation in December 2025; both Pigment Green 7 and Pigment Blue 15:3 are fully in scope from the use-ban date.
