Definition
Great Britain chemicals regulation in force from 1 January 2021. Applies to chemicals manufactured in or imported into Great Britain. The 30 December 2025 Defra decision adds the first tattoo-ink and PMU substance restriction entry to Annex 17 with stricter limits than EU REACH Entry 75 and no derogations for the 19 pigments the Agency had recommended for staged transition.
