Blue colourant restricted under both EU REACH 2020/2081 and UK REACH Annex 17 Appendix 13 at 0.1% by weight. The UK minister rejected the Agency's proposed derogation in the 30 December 2025 decision, so no transition relief applies beyond the general 2-year placing + 3-year use ban dates.
